THE CHALLENGE

SuperSonicMedia came to us in crisis mode. They'd built their hospitality platform MVP on Replit—a great tool for prototyping, but their project had outgrown it spectacularly. The platform was completely broken.

The Replit Trap:

Phase 1: Emergency Migration - Migrated entire codebase from Replit to custom infrastructure
Rebuilt authentication system from scratch with enterprise-grade security (Clerk)
Implemented proper password encryption and security protocols
Set up PostgreSQL database with proper access controls
